Barbara Petrauskas is an HR consultant, corporate trainer, and career coach with over 20 years of leadership experience in a wide variety of industries including biotech, IT, digital marketing, advertising and hospitality. A Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, she is an evangelist for powerfully effective workplace wellbeing strategies that positively impact employee experience, company culture and business outcomes. Barbara launched her company, HR Connect, to help companies reach their goals around fostering connection, enhancing professional development, and creating healthy and productive workplaces.
Originally from the US, Barbara lived and worked in six countries prior to settling in Switzerland in 2002. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Cornell University, completed the Advanced Program in HR Management at UCLA, and is an HR Analytics Specialist and Global HR Professional (GPHR).
