Nicole Case is an award-winning Keynote Speaker and Leadership Coach for women corporate leaders who are looking for a career upgrade. During her decade of experience in corporate Human Resources, she saw countless smart, driven be underutilized and undervalued.

Now, Nicole uses the secrets she learned as an HR leader to support women in upgrading their careers by aligning their values, curating their personal brand, and polishing their communication to be seen and valued as authentic strategic leaders.

She has been featured in the North Carolina Women to KNOW book and other publications and was honored as a 2022 Top 10 Leadership Coaches to Watch and is the host of The Upgraded Career Podcast.

Nicole also volunteers her expertise with the Ellevate Network and as a small group coach for the Emerging Leaders Program with Athena of the Triangle.

Nicole has degrees from Penn State and Western Carolina University and is a Certified Authentic Leadership coach. She is a professional aunt and champagne enthusiast who lives in Apex, NC, with her husband and their cat Luna.
