Forbes reported that 97% of HR are at or have experienced burnout. In 2013, I reached burnout, severe burnout, and then discovered that the three previous HRD’s had all become seriously ill. My replacement died in her sleep whilst away on a leadership residential.
I know that burnout can be prevented. HR needs to stop thinking they are immune, and prioritize themselves. In this session, we will cover:
- Why HR need to put themselves first and how.
- Why it’s time to redefine HR for the future to prevent burnout.
- How we create change from within.
