In reality it is one of the most necessary and productive things you can do. And I'm not talking about face masks and bubble baths. Those are great (and we love them), but real self care is about learning to show up for yourself even when it's hard. It's about prioritizing your mental and emotional health, not just your physical, in ways that are sustainable and authentic for YOUR life.

This presentation is all about how to incorporate the right habits into your life, in a realistic way. It's about finding the tools that work for you and learning actionable ways to implement them.
