If I Hear Pivot One More Time: Resilience in Ongoing Change
A Talk by Natasha Halliday (Natasha Halliday)
About this Talk
The word pivot was used so much during the early stages of the pandemic it essentially became a bad word. Despite this, the need to continually adapt to ongoing change remained consistent. This presentation provides tools for dealing with ongoing transitions in life, business, and more specifically in human resources. This will be addressed from the perspectives of supporting self, supporting staff and supporting the systems in the workplace.
We will cover
Resilience planning and living in individuals.
Supporting staff from a resilience lens.
A resilient approach to the simultaneous stages of change in the workforce.
