What is most important? Getting it done. Always being available. Getting out a few e-mails before bed after a day of meetings.
Our jobs require us to be all things to all people. From new hire to retire, joiner to leaver, entry-level to senior-level. But all too often we exclude ourselves.
When are you a priority? Define boundaries. Mind your mental health. Find a healthy balance between bringing your best to the office (or virtual office for some of us) everyday, while not sacrificing yourself doing it.
